A long cotton underskirt which works equally well as a summer skirt ..... very on trend !

In a lovely soft cotton with a tiny diamond and spot pale pink print. With a gorgeous frill to the hem and a pull and tie waist. There are few very small holes in one section ( please see photo ) but they could easily be sewn and are of no real detriment to this lovely antique piece.
