A stunning white metal and enamelled Art Nouveau belt buckle . It has the original black satin band which would have been for an incredibly tiny 24 inch waist ! 
( it could easily be added to another piece of material if a larger waisted person wanted to wear it !)
The three glass stones are  a wonderful peacock feather green- blue. ( one is slightly damaged )
