This pair of Lignum Vitae bowling balls are dated 1937 and have a great colour to them. 
Lillywhite, Frowd & Co had a large store emblazoned "Lillywhite" in London's Piccadilly Circus (to where they moved in 1925) and were for many years suppliers of golfing, cricket, tennis, badminton, croquet , polo and other sporting equipment .
