A fabulous Lignum Vitae  truncheon with the original paintwork. 
Dated 1914-1919, in great condition with the three bees of Blackburn coat of arms  including their motto, ARTE ET LABORE' -  ‘By Skill and Labour’.
A really super example measuring 40 cm in length.
