The lady I bought this water colour from thought it was of a Cornish coastline with a tin mine tower or wheal on the hilltop.
I can’t be sure if that’s the case, nonetheless it’s a sweet little scene, with a rocky cove overlooked by a house which blends into the landscape beautifully. It is indistinctly signed and dated. In an original ebonised black wooden frame. C1910.
