A brass, early Victorian table top cigar cutter in the form of a Regency slipper shoe . 
Sadly the sprung cutting mechanism isn’t working ( possibly a clever person could fix it ) but it’s a fabulously tactile item and sits in the palm nicely. It would definitely make a fine addition to a collection of miniature shoes.
