A fabulous vintage Frank Usher ball gown dress with fitted off the shoulder top and full floaty skirt . The cotton underskirt is softly hooped. The waist measures 26 inches and under arm to arm measures 32 inches. From shoulder to hem it is approx 62 inches. The dress is in good condition but would benefit from a dry clean as the sheer overskirt looks a little dusty. Frank Usher began trading in the late 1940’s in London and this lovely dress dates from the 1950’s. It would make for a really unusual and one-off wedding dress.
