This is a bright pink underskirt/ petticoat with a frill to the edge. It is made from a silky taffeta style fabric and is in good condition for its age. It would look great as an underskirt or on its own as striking skirt ! 

The waist is slightly elasticated and is 31 cm across so it’s quite tiny!  Length: 74 cm .
