It’s always great when we find furniture in the original paint/ finish.
This is a really handy sized blanket box, not too big but large enough provide a decent amount of storage for linens / blankets or whatever you want to tidy away ! 
It still has its wonderful original finish inside and out ….. a gorgeous scumble and the lovely bright blue seen on many antique trunk and box interiors .
