This is a superb volume, published in 1904 by George Bell and Sons . It’s a limited edition; no. 19 of 350 copies. Square octavo in eggshell-white cloth binding with gilt lettering, ornamentation and borders.
With a frontispiece portrait and illustrated title page. In lovely condition, literally unread as the majority of pages are still uncut.
